Service area
Where we work.
Two locations, three jurisdictions, one crew. An office on Georgia Avenue NW and a warehouse in Bladensburg put most of the region inside a short drive.
- District of Columbia
Washington, D.C.
Our office sits on Georgia Avenue NW, so the District is not a service area we drive out to — it is where the company has been based since 1977. We hold a D.C. master electrician licence, we are a certified Certified Business Enterprise, and we have worked for federal and District agencies including the National Institutes of Health, the National Park Service and DC Water.
Local permitting & utility detail - Maryland
Montgomery County, Maryland
Montgomery County is where a good share of our residential work happens — Silver Spring, Bethesda and Ashton customers are among the reviews on this site — and we have worked for the Housing Opportunities Commission of Montgomery County on multifamily property work.
Local permitting & utility detail - Maryland
Prince George's County, Maryland
Our warehouse is on 48th Street in Bladensburg, which puts our material, our fleet and our crews inside the county. For Prince George's work there is no travel time to absorb — trucks roll from a yard that is already here.
Local permitting & utility detail - Virginia
Northern Virginia
We hold a Virginia master electrician licence and work across the inner Northern Virginia jurisdictions. Virginia runs a single statewide building code, so the code itself does not change as you cross a county line — but the permit office, the fee schedule and the inspection scheduling all do.
Local permitting & utility detail
Two locations
The office handles estimating, permits and scheduling. The warehouse holds material and the fleet — which is why a Prince George's County job does not start with a drive across town.

We have held master electrician licences in all three jurisdictions and worked continuously in this region since 1977. If your address is near one of the areas above but not listed, call and ask — the answer is usually yes.
